I’m measuring sleep with an Apple watch, and the app says I was supposed to wake up at 7 a.m. and even if I sleep a few more hours after 7 a.m., I slept until 7 a.m.
I was quite dissatisfied with it, but I found a solution!
Tips for Longer Sleep Mode Measurements
As shown in the picture above, click Edit Sleep Mode in the app and turn off the alarm.
Don’t just change the next sleep, turn off the alarm in your entire schedule.
If you need an alarm, you can set it separately in the Apple Watch Alarm App.
It’s a little cumbersome, but you just have to do it once.
After using it for several days, even if I sleep more, I can measure my sleep according to the time I wake up.
